FULFILLING THE QUALITY ASSURANCE IN ENGLISH MASTERY, ATHIRAH ISLAMIC SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL BONE AFFIRMED ENGLISH MEETING CLUB AS AN ORGANIZATION
The demand of globalization recently is rapidly increasing and chasing every one into the limit of a tool to communicate namely foreign language mastery. This also occurs to athirah islamic senior high school bone with its quality assurance in which the students and also all of the society at school are insisted to be able to speak in other languages, English or arabic. In order to fulfill that demand, athirah islamic senior high school bone assumed that it is inevitably to do something more to make it come true. Because it is insane if we expect something different to happen but still do the ordinary action. We need to change as the vice director of athirah bone, Mr. Syamsul Bahri, S.Pd.i.,M.Pd revealed.
It started in early academic year 2021/2022, one of the extra curricular named English meeting club or EMC under its instructor mr. Zulfikar wibisono,s.pd committed to take part in that change. In EMCdeliberative forum, as a forum to discuss the English programs and structure, held on september 3rd-5th 2021, the English teacher strongly stated his commitment “athirah bone needs to change to get better in terms of English culture and it should start from us as the agent of change with our specialties”. In the other moment of interview, he said that to be well-organized, EMC should become an organization.
Eventually, on September 13th 2021, Athirah Islamic Senior High School Bone declared English Meeting Club as an organization proceeded by the decree and pledge of allegiance recitation. As amount of EMC members, 14 students were requested to read the pledge led by the vice principal of students affairs athirah islamic senior high school bone. A. Eva Rukmana, S.Pd.Gr. There were 6 items banding the EMC management to provoke the English culture in Athirah Bone and one of them is to implement the English programs such as English day and English camp for students and teachers to practice and learn English.

In different session of interview, the Vice Principal Of Students Affairs and also as the master planner of UTBK programs,A. Eva Rukmana, S.Pd.Gr. Once reported her big hopes to EMC. “It is a small step to reach a very great outcome. It is not easy at the beginning though and yet the school leaders will always support every single good action to advance the school performance.
